The blonde woman who works in the cashier’s office in the service department is rude and slow. She talks so quiet you can barely make out her blunt and sarcastic remarks. If I managed this office I would move her as far from customer service as possible.
I order my car in April, it arrived in Aug when I went to pick up my car it had 54 miles on it. When I asked about the miles they told me ford quality control must of test driven the car there was no sticker or letter stating Ford had test driven it. I believed them but when I was driving it home. The right side dash speaker was making a buzzing sound and the paperwork showed only 10 miles on the car which made me beleive someone at the dealer ship drove a special order car. I thought maybe they had blown the speaker on the car. I answered a email the owner had sent telling him what had happen. The salesman called me the next day after the email. The sales man produced a generic letter that looked like he had typed it. He said it was a email from a Ford rep. There were three pages one with Ford header the rest was blank page two the body of the letter and page three was persons contact info at Fords name and contact information at the bottom of a blank page. The salesman said he couldn't give me the contact page or the Ford header page because of privacy issues. I couldn't believe they expected me to believe that. They have not yet fixed the speaker problem the service department is a joke. If you don't believe me sit in the service waiting room and talk to other customers thats what I did and if they don't know whats wrong they will make up a good story. They did correct the paperwork mileage though. So if there is more than 15 miles on your new car and they say quality control must have drove your car so there should be nothing wrong with your car don't believe them make sure they show you proof beyond a shadow of a doubt.
The fast and friendly service from Bill Morgan was great. I will be upgrading my truck in the next year or so. I will be going to Tri Lakes Ford to buy it. Thanks for everything and keep up the great customer service. Thanks,
This may have been the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. Our salesman went above and beyond to find out what it would take to sell us a vehicle. There was no pressure to make a deal and all of our questions and concerns were taken seriously and answered quickly. If we need to purchase another vehicle in the future, we will definitely go back to Tri-Lakes Motors. Great job Wes and all the other employees at Tri-Lakes.
Honest sales men and not pushy. Very much appreciated the service provided in finding us what we needed.
