Repaired my car when we were traveling. Very kind but not good explaining how long the repair would take. What I thought should be an hour or so after diagnosis took over 4 hours due to the amount of work needed to replace the defective part. Still I'm very satisfied with their work even though the facility was visually below expectations (especially since I had to go to a Ford dealer to have my Charger repaired).
I came in yesterday to have a Coolant Pressure test done and everyone at Tri-Lakes was very professional and friendly and were able to help me. I had replaced the water pump in my 07 ford focus because it was leaking a whole reservoir of coolant in a month and after I replaced it I still noticed a small drop in coolant (about 2-3 ounces) over a course of 3000 miles and last night Tri lakes told me I had a small very small leak in my thermostat housing and im in today getting in replaced. Labor was cheaper than I thought which I like and im glad they found it before it caused a problem.
