It is easy to schedule an appointment, they get you in and out as quickly as possible, and they always do a detailed report on my vehicle. Friendly service and sales people. We bought our Equinox from Pinegar five years ago and they have done all of service. All of a sudden we used a quart of oil and I took it into them to see why. While they were checking out the car they saw that we only had two more months of warranty. He said we need to find out what was going on, so they took the car in and found bad rings on one of the pistons. He told us he had already ordered the parts and for us to bring it back next week. They gave us a new 2018 with 16 miles on it. They called us three days later with it fixed. We thought that one could not have done anything any better than what we got from them. The new one was quit nice.
My wife and I were on a 5000 mile road trip that included Canada, Wisconsin Dells, several other places, and Branson. It was time for regular service of our Cadillac SRX. I scheduled the service on line and received a quick reply and was told that even though I am from out-of-state, they would be happy to honor my Cadillac courtesy service. The service manager was friendly and promptly started the process even though I had arrived early. The car was serviced and I was given a written and verbal evaluation of the car's condition and told what service was performed. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and I appreciated that they gave us such good attention. If I am every back in Branson, I'll be sure to stop by even if I don't need any service for my car.
