Everything was good until I bought new truck. It was a simple addition to my policy but I guess was not that simple. The office added it to wrong account and turns out they suspended my payment and call me a week later to let me know. Now have to spend more of my time to get things right again and not to mention pay two months at once. I should be able to call and deal with anyone in this office but that's not the case. Do not trust this office to get anything right they are not capable of it. So once again if I could give 0 stars I would we will see if Derek can make things right again.
Derek Bell has been our Agent for almost 9 years. We switched to a different insurance carrier once but it didn't take us long to go back to Derek and his great staff. They are responsive and friendly and always take care of everything for us. We recommend Derek & his staff to everyone!

I have been working with Mary and April for past 4 years and have received top notch customer service. We just recently financed our truck and Mary took exceptional care of all the details. And personal service still exists at Derek Bells State Farm office.
Derek Bell has been our State Farm insurance agent for at least 8 years! That alone says positive review! Not only is he a fellow Razorback fan.....he also offers an exceptional insurance service. Derek and his staff are friendly and truly care about the service they offer. Prior to Derek, we used another leading insurance brand and seldomly heard from our agent. Derek and his team have always gone above and beyond. Our home recently was struck by lightning and I can't begin to tell you how incredible this team has been. April (whom is amazing) has checked on us almost every week to make sure our home is coming back together! We have our home, auto, and farm insurance with them. If i could give 0 stars I would. This office wasn't even capable of making a simple address change. They can't keep records and won't care about you as long as they get their money. Took them over 6 months to get the polices right and then wouldn't even refund the over charge. They only did partial refund. Did change it up couple stars as Derek did reach out and made things right.
