When I told her I was having difficulty with heart palpitations and chest pain from the medication she only suggested switching to a different brand of medication of the same medication?? Would not order more labs for diagnosis of my hypothyroid condition despite my paying cash for labs and it's been over a year since my last labs, how can you give someone the same medication without new information. Also the office doesn't return phone calls unless you leave multiple messages. Basically, of you have a real endocrine issue or diabetes you should go elsewhere because these people just don't care.
